As someone who owns one or multiple investment properties, our management services free up your time.
First, contact one of our licensed property managers to discuss your property, your goals for the building, and what we can provide for you.
Next, you’ll meet your property manager at your property so they can gain an understanding of layouts and current conditions. They will also put together a budget for future capital repairs and expenditures.
Finally, you and the property manager will come to an agreement on a management fee and both parties will sign the management agreement. At this stage, you hand over the paperwork so we can manage your property to the best of our abilities.
From here on out, you have freed up time by having a “hands-off” investment!
Booking a showing is easier than ever. When you see a Braemore managed property, simply click the link supplied to book a showing online.
First, you’ll book a showing and meet with the licensed property manager at the location you wish to rent. They’ll show you the layout, rent, and any additions or exclusions for the property.
Next, apply for the property online. Our online applications allow you to save your progress if you’re not finished and easily attach the required documents such as pay stubs and identification.
Finally, you and the property manager will come to an agreement on a management fee and both parties wil sign the management agreement. At this stage, you hand over the paperwork so we can manage your property to the best of our abilities.
